What is your delivery policy?
We currently offer a free of charge delivery service to locations within Mainland UK. Delivery charges for orders outside of Mainland Britain to Republic of Ireland; Northern Ireland; Isle of Man; Isle of Wight; Scottish Offshore; Scilly Isles; Channel Islands will be paid for by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Please contact us for a shipping quote via email@example.com for customers outside of Mainland UK. Do not proceed through checkout without a shipping quote as your order will not be fulfilled.
Smaller packages are delivered via Royal Mail or myHermes. Where possible we will provide your with tracking information, please provide a mobile phone number and email address at check out.
Delivery timescales are 3-5 working days.
For larger parcels our nominated carrier is DPD Local. Please provide a mobile telephone number and email address so that we can keep you up to date on your delivery.
Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped out the same day. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return your item within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund to the original payment method used.
Please note that items must be returned unused and with the original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Submit a return request
You will need to take the following steps to submit a return request:
1. Log into your account, then go to My Account.
2. Click Completed to see a list of all your completed orders.
3. Find the order you wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details.
4. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action optional
- Comments optional
5. Click Submit Return Request.
Once your request has been received we will send you a prepaid return label. Please affix this to your return parcel and follow the instructions.
How can I cancel my order?
If you’ve changed your mind don’t worry. Simply contact our Customer Service Team via our Contact Us page at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 0121 505 8181.
You will need to provide the order number and item details you wish to cancel. Provided that your order has not been shipped we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.
For shipped orders you will need to follow the returns procedure.
Where is my order?

How does my guarantee work?
Certain products will be provided with a warranty. The time duration on the warranty will be stated on the label attached to the product. Please retain your warranty label and your purchase receipt as this will act as proof of your warranty; without it your warranty will be void.
In the unfortunate event that you experience a problem with your product you can contact our Customer Service Team via our Contact Us page at firstname.lastname@example.org . You will need to state the product code/description and a brief explanation of the problem. Images of the product and problem will help to expedite in determining the correct resolution. We will endeavour to resolve any issues promptly by either offering repairs or a replacement.
Your warranty will be void if alterations or repairs are carried out by you or a third party.
PLEASE BE AWARE that the warranty will cover against defects in workmanship or materials. The warranty is not valid against damage caused by misuse, negligence, mishandling or general wear and tear.
Damages caused by the airline should be reported immediately prior to exiting the airport to the appropriate airport authority.
