What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for WOODBRIDGE products purchased within the United Kingdom, including items sold under the Highbury, Everest, and Victoria Station brands.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Accidental damage or external impacts
  • Damage caused during airline or transit handling

Warranty Period

Warranty periods may vary depending on the specific product or brand (including Highbury, Everest, and Victoria Station).

Repairs and Replacements

If a defect covered under this warranty arises, WOODBRIDGE will assess the issue and, at its discretion, offer:

  • A repair, or
  • A replacement product

Please note that depending on the circumstances, repairs or replacements may be subject to a charge.

Proof of Purchase

This warranty is only valid with proof of purchase.
Customers are not required to register their warranty; however, we strongly recommend:

  • Taking a clear photo of your receipt
  • Keeping it stored safely for future reference

Without valid proof of purchase, the warranty will be considered void.

Purchases from Third-Party Retailers

If your product was purchased through an authorised retailer or third-party seller, you may be required to return the item to the original place of purchase for initial assessment and resolution.

Retailers may handle warranty claims in accordance with their own returns policies and procedures. WOODBRIDGE will work with retail partners where appropriate to support the warranty process.

If you are unsure how to proceed, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to guide you.

Travel & Airline Damage Guidance

Damage caused during airline transit is not covered under this warranty. If your luggage is damaged while travelling:

  • Report the damage immediately at the airport before leaving the terminal
  • Contact the appropriate airline or airport authority to file a claim

To support any claim, we recommend:

  • Taking a photo of your suitcase before check-in as proof of its condition
  • Photographing any damage immediately after collection as evidence of mishandling

These steps can significantly improve your chances of receiving compensation from the airline.
